Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be considered for a return, products must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Remain in original packaging
- Be returned with order confirmation or proof of purchase
- Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.

Order Issues & Damages
Please review your order upon arrival.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Wellness or personal care items once unsealed
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time.
